As the design lead for Etsy’s web search experience, I shape the vision for how buyers discover and evaluate items across the marketplace. I partner closely with engineers, PMs, and ML teams to turn data and research insights into clear, scalable design decisions that are intuitive and relevant. A key part of my role is creating alignment across teams and guiding features from concept to experiment, ensuring we make thoughtful, measurable improvements that help millions of buyers feel confident and inspired while searching on Etsy.
